Prices are for ground floor units with parking available within 30 feet of door.
Unit must be clear of ALL Furniture and Contents and Pre-Vacuumed by tenant.
Prices are for average soiling. Heavy soiling, Pet Stains, Odor Treatment, Kool-Aid Stains. Spot Dyeing and Repairs will be charged extra.
Tennant must pay cash at time of service or pre-pay with credit card.
Prices do not include stairs. Stairs are $2.25 each.
Prices do not include vacuuming. Vacuuming is $5.00 per room.
Add $10 for 2nd Floor Unit, $20 for 3rd Floor Unit, …etc.
Tennant must have close parking spot reserved for our van at least 1 hour ahead of scheduled appointment time.
